摘要
设计了一个基于传感器阵列的有毒气体监测网络,采用多类电化学气体传感器采集信号及无线传感器网络进行数据收发和处理,能够在线检测环境中的气体浓度。整个系统功能更加集成化、体积小、很容易与后续处理设备(如空气净化设备)集成并能智能控制后续处理设备。介绍了系统的整体构成、工作原理、无线传感器网络的构建,并进行了信号调理模块线性度测试实验和系统气体浓度检测对比试验。实验表明所研制系统的输出信号能实时测量环境的气体浓度,已经达到了市场上单一气体检测设备的精度。
A toxic gas monitor system is designed on the basis of sensor array,which adopts different kinds of electrochemical gas sensors to collect signal,to organize wireless sensor network for data transmitting and processing.It can achieve on-line inspection of environment gas concentrations.The system is smaller and more function integration,and easy to be integrated with and intelligently control the follow-up processing equipment (such as air purification equipment).The overall structure,working principle,and construction idea of wireless sensor networks of the system are introduced.It also states the linearity testing experiment of signal conditioning modules and the comparison experiments of the gas concentrations inspection of the system.The experiment shows the output signal of the system can achieve the real-time testing of the gas concentrations.The system has already achieved the same accuracy level of the gas test equipment in the market.
