摘要
为合理利用深圳市城区雨水资源,从循环经济理论的物质流分析与管理出发,确定重构城市雨水健康循环体系的核心内容。结合深圳的实际情况,确定深圳市城区雨水利用的发展策略:从雨水渗透为主,集蓄利用为辅,审慎对待雨水回灌,提倡雨水综合利用。对城区雨水利用分区、规划设计指引、建设时序等方面提出规划设想,给出相关政策建议。
For the rational use of rainwater resources of Shenzhen,the core contents for construction of a healthy recycling system of urban rainwater were determined from the theory of circular economy and material flow analysis and management.According to the actual situation in Shenzhen,a development strategy for urban rainwater utilization is proposed： rainwater infiltration is the primary measure,harvesting is the supplementary measure,recharge is used with caution,and comprehensive utilization is promoted.Planning ideas for rainwater utilization district zoning,a design guide,and the time sequence for construction are provided,and policy suggestions are made.
