高校教师工作压力状况及与其应对方式关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨高校教师工作压力状况及其与应对方式之间的关系。方法:采用教师职业压力问卷及简易应对方式问卷对259名高校教师进行调查。结果:高校教师压力总体状况处在轻度水平(2.25±1.66),其中来自学校方面的压力最大(2.58±0.71);高校教师工作压力在行政级别、健康状况方面有显著差异(t=-2.859,t=-3.334,P<0.01);高校教师工作压力得分与消极应对方式得分呈显著正相关(r=0.211,P<0.01)。结论:高校教师压力总体状况处在轻度水平,其中来自学校的压力最大;无行政级别的高校教师比有行政级别的高校教师压力大,亚健康的高校教师比健康的高校教师压力大;越多采用消极应对方式的高校教师其压力越大。 Objective To explore the relationship between the status of lecturers'working pressure and its coping style.Methods A total of 259 lecturers were assessed with the Teacher Occupational Stress Questionnaire and the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire.Results ①On the whole,the lecturers'pressure was at the mild level(2.25±1.66),and the greatest pressure came from school(2.58±0.71);② there was significant difference in two aspects:administrative ranking and healthy conditions.(t=-2.859,t=-3.334,P0.01);③ the score of university teachers'working pressure was positively related to the score of the negative coping style.(r=0.211,P0.01).Conclusion On the whole,the university teachers'pressure was at the mild level,and the greatest pressure came from school;The pressure of university teachers who had non-administrative levels was larger than the pressure of those who had administrative levels,and the subhealthy university teachers had more pressure than the healthy ones;the university teachers who tended to use negative coping style had more pressure than the others.
