摘要
数控机床在使用过程中难免出现故障,本文在分析华中世纪星系统特点和功能的基础上,介绍了数控机床故障排除的思路和原则,针对华中世纪星系统,对配置该系统的数控机床的常见故障进行了分析和处理,总结了故障诊断与维修的方法。
Faults are appeared inevitably in the course of the CNC machine.In this paper,based on the analyzing the HNC system features and functions,the troubleshooting ideas and principles of CNC machine are introduced.Common faults of CNC machine against HNC system are analyzed and treated.Fault diagnosis and maintenance is summed up.
