上海大学教师学术责任问题访谈研究

The Research on the Interview of Academic Problem for Shanghai's University Teachers

本文在对四所上海高校的四位教师进行深入访谈的基础上,从大学的教学、科研、社会服务和高校扩招带来的问题等方面,对大学教师关于学术责任的认识以及现状进行归纳,希冀对大学教师的学术责任及其职业责任的形成有一定参考价值。

Based on the deep interviews of four university teachers from four Shanghai＇s university,the paper concludes teachers＇ understandings and current situation of academic responsibility from four aspects：teaching,scientific research,social service and problem bought by the college expansion plan.It will be helpful for university teachers to form the academic and professional responsibility.
