无网格法在金属成形模拟分析中的应用

Simulation of Metal Froming Process Based on Meshless Method

摘要 利用无网格再生核质点法对金属塑性变形过程进行模拟仿真分析,讨论了无网格法的研究进展,无网格PKPM技术的基本原理和方法,以及应用无网格法进行金属成形过程仿真分析的关键技术,并通过塑性材料数值分析实例,验证无网格法框架下进行金属成形过程模拟分析的可行性和有效性。 Meshless Method approximate based on discrete nodes,so it can avoid to depending on the mesh,according to the numerical simulation of metal forming,meshless method has more advantages over finite element method.To deal with the problem of simulating metal forming process with FEM,a meshless reproducing kernel particle method is introduced to analysis process in the paper.Some key technology during simulating the metal forming process with RKPM method is also be discussed.The numerical example verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the meshless method for simulating metal forming process.
