摘要
对专用车产品的结构、生产纲领、工艺布置、工艺装备等进行了全面分析,充分考虑新产品的结构变化方向和市场需求的趋势,提出一种全新的装配生产线设计理念,采用最经济、合理、见效快的设计方案,建造一条低成本、简单、实用、柔性化强的生产线,实现了生产纲领的目的,获得了良好的经济和社会效益。
In this paper,the products of special purpose vehicle factory is totally analysised,including the production program,technological arrangement and process equips etc.A new design ideal of assembly line is presented which takes into account well about the structure change of new products and market demands and trends.A low cost,Simple,Practical,flexible production line is build up by using a economical,reasonable,get quick returns design proposal.Practice of this production line shows it can fully satisfy the production program and gets a good economic and social benefits.
