摘要
介绍了微型光谱仪在相关行业应用的现状,设计了一种基于CCD的超薄型光谱仪,使用平面光电隔离技术实现了厚度的大幅缩减,超薄设计拓展了微型光谱仪的应用范围。
The application status quo of spectrometer on interrelated industry is reported.A kind of super thin spectrometer based on CCD is designed.Plane photoelectric partition is used to decrease thickness distinctly.Through this kind of design the application area of micro spectrometer is expanded.
