摘要
针对传统成品油铁路装车自动化程度低的问题,介绍了采用西门子S7-400控制器对成品油铁路装车进行自动控制的方法,该法使用SCADA系统结合工业监控电视,选用高精度的质量流量计,实现成品油铁路装车的自动化控制,同时也实现了成品油定量装车自动控制。
For the problems met low degree of automation of Product oil railway loading,the automatic control method of Product oil railway loading by SIEMNES S7-400 system is introduced.The SCADA and industrial TV and high accuracy mass flowmeters are combined together to realize the whole automatic loading process and batch control.
