摘要
针对X6325T型摇臂万能铣床上的手压润滑泵泵盖易破裂、泵盒易进冷却液、机床正常润滑得不到保障以及为保证机床正常运行需经常更换新润滑泵的问题,为了降低机床维修费用,采用Q235替代ZL102对泵盖进行了焊接结构的改进设计,并采用了紧固螺钉固定面整体式结构、紧固螺钉固定面加长和盖檐结构加长等措施,经实际验证,效果良好。
X6325T type rocker universal milling machine lubrication pump hand pump lid easy to break easily into the coolant pump case,the normal lubrication of machine tools not guaranteed.To ensure normal operation of machine tool lubrication pumps required frequent replacement.In order to reduce machine maintenance costs,the pump cover for improved design,the use of Q235 replaced ZL102;use of welded structures;fastening screw surface is the overall structure;fastening screws lengthen;covered canopy structure,such as improving the design of longer.Proven effective.
