摘要
针对某型柴油机发生的缸盖罩漏油故障进行了深入分析,发现故障的形成与缸盖罩结构刚度不足有关,而且缸盖水套流动死区也会造成缸盖垫片烧焦进而漏油,应用有限元分析技术,改善了缸盖罩结构,消除了缸盖罩中部的漏油故障;通过对铸造工艺的改进,避免了缸盖垫片烧焦的问题,攻克了漏油难关,取得了良好的效果;而水套流动死区的改进,也降低了排气管的故障率,有效避免了排气管变形、开裂等故障。
In this paper,a type of diesel engine cylinder head cover oil leak often occurred,in-depth analysis,we found that the fault of the head cover oil leak is related to insufficient stiffness,and on account of cylinder head water jacket flow dead area,cylinder head gasket can also be charred and then leak oil.In this thesis we improved the cylinder head cover structure via finite element analysis,to prevent oil leak in the middle of the cylinder head cover,through the improvement of the casting process to avoid charring problems,which solve the oil leak completely and made good result.The improvement of the water jacket dead area also reduced the rate of the exhaust pipe fault,effectively avoid exhaust pipe distortion,crack and other faults.
