摘要
塔式抽油机的配重运行在塔架内,通过皮带或钢丝绳与井口光杆相连接,多采用摩擦传动;在发生光杆断裂等失载事故时,配重将高速坠落,光杆易快速甩出,极易造成伤害事故和设备损坏。设计了一种刹车装置,主要由刹车钳、弹簧、连杆机构等组成,可在失载时迅速执行刹车动作,并实现自锁,阻止配重下落,避免事故发生。
The balance weight of tower-type pumping unit is running in the tower,and it links to the polished rod of well by belt or wire rope.Tower-type pumping unit runs through friction generally.When breaking of the polished rods happening,balance weight will fall in high speed and polished rod will throw out.It usually leads to hurt and damage of equipment.A set of braking device is designed.It mainly make up of braking pliers,spring,and connecting rod.While load losing,it carry out braking immediately and achieves self-lock.This avoids the falling of balance weight and accident.
