Determination of Baicalin in Sanhuang Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定三黄片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用Hypersil C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45∶55),检测波长为280nm,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:该色谱条件下黄芩苷有良好的分离度,在0.1～1.2μg线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.10%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于三黄片的质量控制。

Objective： HPLC method was established for determination of baicalin in Sanhuang Tablets. Methods： Hypersil C18column was used with methanol and 0. 2% phosphoric acid（45：55） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detector wavelength was 280nm. Results： The relationship between the concentration of baicalin and the peak area was linear at the range of 0. 1 - 1.2μg（ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and the recovery was 98.10% , RSD was 1.5% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for quality control of Sanhuang Tablets.
