西妥昔单抗在头颈部鳞癌治疗中的研究进展

摘要 头颈部鳞癌（squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck, SCCHN）是较常见的恶性肿瘤,其治疗效果曾长期存在若干瓶颈亟待突破.局部进展期SCCHN的治疗以手术及化放疗（chemoradiotheraphy,CRT）的综合治疗为主,虽可改善局部进展期SCCHN的控制率,但复发率、转移率却没有明显地降低,急性和远期的治疗毒性及其导致的器官功能损害仍不容忽视.对于复发转移性SCCHN,铂类单药化疗的疗效近30年来未被超越,复发/转移性SCCHN的治疗极具挑战性.
