糖尿病肾病患者的降压治疗

Antihypertensive Therapy for the Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

高血压是糖尿病的常见合并症,也是糖尿病肾病的常见表现。糖尿病与高血压并存对心、脑、肾的损害程度远远大于单纯性高血压或单纯性糖尿病。英国前瞻性糖尿病研究(UKPDS)首次提出严格控制血压与严格控制血糖对于延缓糖尿病并发症的发展同样重要。因此,对于糖尿病肾病合并高血压的早期诊断和进行有效的降压治疗,值得关注。

Hypertension is a common complication of diabetes,and also the common manifestation of diabetic nephropathy.The damage of coexisting diabetes and hypertension to heart,brain,and kidney is greater than the damage by hypertension or diabetes alone.United Kingdom Prospective Diabetes Study(UKPDS was the first to introduce that,strict control of hypertension was as important as strict control of blood sugar level in the slowing the progress of the complications of diabetes.Therefore,attention should be paid to the early diagnosis and effective treatment for diabetic nephropathy in combination with hypertension.
