摘要
介绍了一种静电喷塑烘道温度计算机控制系统。系统硬件设计上采用了PLC和固态继电器,在软件设计上采用了模糊控制理论。这个系统成功地解决了烘道上下温差过大和工件表面色差明显等控制难题,而且具有可靠性高、耗电少等优点。
This paper describes the temperatute control system of drying tunnel in the process of spraying plastic with static. The hardwate of the control system is PLC and solid relay. Fuzzy control theory is used in the design of the software This scheme overcomes sucessfully the control problems of the difference of the temperature being too high between the top and the botton of the tunnel and the color difference being too obvious on the surface of the workpiece. The system has the advantages of high reliability and low energy consumption.
