摘要
预应力真空压浆是在孔道的一端用真空泵抽空气,在另一端用螺杆式压浆泵将水泥浆压入孔内,由于孔道内的负压力和压入浆体的正压力之间存在压力差,可以很大程度地提高压浆的质量,使孔内的饱满密实度达到设计的要求。在国内有很多道桥工程中均采取了后张法预应力混凝土结构施工,最大限度地提高了桥梁结构的耐久性和安全性,保护并延长了道桥的使用寿命。
Prestressed duct vacuum grouting of post-tensioned box girder construction is a new technology.At one end of the pore use the vacuum pump pumping air out,at the other end use the screw-type pressure pump pressing cement paste in.Due to the pressure difference between the negative pore pressure and the positive pressure inside the slurry the grout quality can be improved largely to make the pore density meet the design requirements.In our country,the post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure construction is widely used in road and bridge projects and improve the durability and safety of the bridge structure.The life of the road and bridge is protected and prolonged.
