摘要
根据Willson理论设计出1台1 MW变桨距型风力机叶片的气动性能参数,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS所提供的壳单元对风机叶片进行结构分析。针对复合材料层间应力低的特点,预测出风机叶片的破坏风速和破坏位置,为设计复合材料的风力机叶片提供了一种比较简单的方法。
According to the Willson theory,the pneumatic parameters of the blade of a 1 MW variable-pitch wind turbine are planned out.The structural analysis for the turbine blade is done with the ANSYS of FEM.Considering the low interlayer strength of the composite material of the turbine blade,the limit wind speed and the weak point of the blade are predicted.A simple way for designing the wind turbine blade made of composite material is proposed.
