摘要
以H公司面临的市场环境为背景,针对公司主营产品功率放大器装配过程存在的问题,应用程序分析法、5W 1H提问技术、ECRS原则对现有装配流程进行了分析与改善,找出了装配流程中的瓶颈工序,对瓶颈工序的工人双手操作进行了双手作业分析,运用双手作业分析图对瓶颈工序进行了改进与优化。改善结果表明,功率放大器装配效率有了较大提升。结果说明,将工业工程技术引入企业生产管理对提升我国企业竞争力有很大的促进作用。
In the market environment background of H company, aiming at the company＇s main product assembly problems, this paper applied program analysis method.5W1H questions technology.ECRS principle to analyze and improved the existing assembly process. Identifiing bottleneck in the assembly process. Appling hands work analysis on the workers of the bottleneck process. Using hands operation map to improve and optimize the bottleneck process. The results showed that the efficiency of power amplifiers AVS 1023 assembly have greatly improved. This also shows that the introduced industrial engineering technology in business management have great promotion on enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
