Everyone has some leadership potential has not been developed,it is like everyone has the sport potential not to be developed. Because of differences in qualifications and training,the size of the potential is also different. No matter what level a person whose current campaign or leadership,he has the possibility to improve. Not everyone can take part in the Olympics or win in Wimbledon Open,the same,not everyone can be a big company CEO,but through counseling and training,everyone can make positive progress. Jack Welch's success made him the gods of business,there are a lot for his interpretation. As long as something is associated with Jack Welch,books or CDs will be sold very well. However,China's CEO had learnt Welch seems to have erred. They are eager to learn 'one of the best',learning 'forced ranking',learning 'Six Sigma',in fact,they should learn to cultivate leaders in the organization.
