摘要
教学德性是教学主体为了实现教学生活之幸福或在谋求幸福教学生活的过程中,逐渐凝聚而成的卓越的教学品质或精神品质,它具有个体性与社会性、相对稳定性与动态生成性、为他性与为我性等基本特征。教学德性既不同于教学道德,也有别于德性教学、德性知识,它在幸福教学生活构建、教学行为规约以及学生德性教化中发挥着重要的作用。
Teaching virtues,the guarantee of a happy teaching life,refer to the superexcellent quality or personality teachers are expected to cultivate and acquire in their teaching practices.These virtues,both static and dynamic,do not only constitute an essential part of a teacher's personality but also are characterized by their rich social contents;they are actually a combination of altruism and the desire to achieve self-fulfillment.Teaching virtues are different from the teaching ethics,virtue teaching and virtue knowledge.They play an important role in living a happy teaching life,establishing the standard for teaching behavior and teaching virtues to students.
