钙、铁、锌、铜、镁在母乳与婴儿血中相关性探讨

Study on the correlation of calcium,iron,zinc,copper,magnesium in breast milk and infant blood

目的:探讨母乳中铜、铁、锌、钙、镁等元素的含量及其与婴儿血中铜、铁、锌、钙、镁的相关性。方法:随机选择母亲与其婴儿各100例,在婴儿出生后3～4个月,分别对母乳与其婴儿末梢血进行铜、铁、锌、钙、镁元素的测定。结果:在纯母乳喂养的母亲乳汁中,元素的缺乏与其喂养的婴儿血液中元素的缺乏比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呈高度的相关性。结论:母亲在孕期及哺乳期母乳不足或母乳中元素缺乏时,其喂养的婴儿体内就可能造成相关元素的缺乏。

Objective：To evaluate correlation of copper iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium in breast milk and in infant blood for exclusive breastfeeding.Methods：It was drawn from 100 mothers and their infants after born 3～4month.The levels of copper,iron,zinc,calcium,magnesium in breast milk and infant blood were examined Results：There was no significant difference between element in breast milk and in infant blood （P0.05）.Conclusion：Deficiency of breast milk or element in breast milk can lead to the deficiency of same element in infant blood.
