摘要
目的:探讨妊娠合并尖锐湿疣治疗的最佳方法,减少新生儿潜在感染的机会。方法:对10年内选择3种治疗方法治疗妊娠合并尖锐湿疣的患者疗效进行对比,追踪患者分娩后新生儿感染情况。结果:368例尖锐湿疣中有1例新生儿口腔尖锐湿疣。结论:3种治疗方法中50%三氯醋酸在治疗妊娠合并尖锐湿疣中效果最佳,无新生儿感染。
Objective：To study the best way of treating condyloma acuminatum with pregnancy,in order to decrease the opportunity of new born infection.Methods：To compare the clinical efficiency of 368 patients who were condyloma acuminatum with pregnancy had been treated by 3 different methods in past ten years,and the statement of newborn infection after delivery was analyzed.Results：One of 368 cases had got condyloma acuminatum in oral cavity.Conclusion：50% trichloroacetic acid is the best way in treating condyloma acuminatum,the treating rate is 95%,no newborn infected.
