摘要
提出了一种基于先进高压纳秒脉冲线路功率合成器设计全固态高重频高压纳秒脉冲源新方法,并用实验证实了该方法的有效性和可行性,实现了全固态、高重频、高压、纳秒脉冲源的高功率输出,满足了实际应用需求。解决了全固态高重频纳秒脉冲线路功率合成、多个高压纳秒脉冲源的高精度同步(小于50ps)、高稳定全固态高压纳秒脉冲源单源模块设计、系统设计的电磁兼容等关键技术问题。该高压纳秒脉冲线路功率合成器新方法将为高功率先进高性能小型全固态高重频高压纳秒脉冲源设计提供技术参考。
A novel all solid-state high PRF and high voltage nanosecond pulser design method based on nanosecond pulse circuit power synthetic technique was proposed. Availability and possibility of the method were proved by abundant tests. Based on this method, an all solid-state, high PRF and high voltage nanosecond pulser was developed to meets practical requirement. Critical technical problems of the nanosecond pulser, such as circuit power synthetic method, high precision synchronization (less then 50 ps) of several high power nanosecond element pulsers, design of high stable all solid-state high voltage nanosecond pulser element and system EMC design were solved. The new method also provides technical reference for design of advanced high PRF, high voltage and compact all solid-state nanosecond pulser.
