摘要
利用西藏半野生小麦察雅折达29和偃展1号构建的重组自交系群体(RILs)进行了株高、穗长、单株穗数、抽穗期、开花期、单穗总小穗数、单穗结实小穗数、千粒重共8个农艺性状的遗传分析。结果表明,上述性状在后代群体中存在双向超亲分离。根据千粒重、穗长、单穗总小穗数、单穗结实小穗数和单株穗数5个性状在RILs中的遗传表现和统计分析,均选择出这些性状的超高亲株系,为今后小麦遗传改良提供了宝贵资源。
The recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from Chayazheda 29 × Yanzhan 1 was used for the genetic analysis of the 8 agronomic traits,i.e.the plant height,spike length,spike number per plant,heading stage,anthesis,total spikelet number per spike,fertilized spikelet number per spike,1 000-kernel weight.The results showed that the traits in the progeny populations showed over parent segregation in two directions.According to the genetic performance and statistical analysis of 1 000-kernel weight,spike length,total spikelet number per spike,fertilized spikelet number per spike and spike number per plant,some lines over better parent were selected from the RILs so as to provide a valuable resource for wheat genetic improvement in the future.
