摘要
以废弃的瓷砖为原料制备滤料,采用加热蒸发法对滤料进行表面改性,并对它们的密度、铁覆盖量、孔隙率、比表面积、氧化铁膜的附着能力、表面形貌、铁氧化物的物相组成以及滤料的表面电位等进行了测定和分析。考察了不同pH值下改性与未改性滤料对阴、阳离子的吸附效果。结果表明:改性滤料吸附阴离子的效果优于未改性滤料,而未改性滤料吸附阳离子的效果优于改性滤料。
The filter media prepared by waste ceramic tiles were modifyed by heating vaporization. Their characterizations such as density, iron overlaying quantity, porosity, specific surface area, iron oxide film binding on the filter media surface, morphologies of surface and phase, composition of iron oxide and surface potential were measured and analyzed. Tests of anion and cation adsorption on modified or non-modified filter media were conducted under different pH value. The result showed that the modified filter media has much higher adsorption than the non-modified filter media for the anion, while the non--modified has much better adsorption than the modified for the cation.
