摘要
首次提出采用水下电弧放电法一步合成氯化镍石墨插层化合物(NiCl2-GICs)。合成插层化合物所用的母材为光谱纯石墨棒,插层剂为NiCl2。运用X射线衍射(XRD)分析和表征了6阶NiCl2-GICs的结构。通过X光电子散射(XPS)对NiCl2-GICs的研究发现其结合能发生了变化,表明在NiCl2和石墨中存在着电子的授受行为,并且Cl原子和C原子之间存在一定的键合作用。据此可以推测,NiCl2-GICs中与碳原子层最靠近的插层原子为Cl原子。研究结果表明,对NiCl2-GICs来说,这是一种简单可控的合成方法。
A simple,inexpensive and one-step synthesis method of nickel chloride graphite intercalation compounds(NiCl2-GICs) using an arc discharge in aqueous solution is reported.This result presents a simply controllable way to synthesize NiCl2-GICs.Parent material is the graphite rods with spectral purity and intercalation agent is NiCl2.The structure of the stage 6 GICs was examined and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic(XPS) study of stages 6 of NiCl2-GICs revealed from the change in the binding energy that there exist the charge transfer between grophite and NiCl2 the bonding between Cl and C atoms.Therefore,in NiCl2-GICs the intercalating atoms closed to carbon layers are Cl atoms.
