摘要
以在施有不同浓度镉(Cd)或铅(Pb)的土壤中栽培的莲藕(鄂莲5号)为材料,对Cd和Pb在莲藕各器官中的累积规律进行了研究。结果表明:莲藕各器官Cd,Pb的累积量随外施浓度的增加而增加,但不同器官对Cd、Pb的累积规律不尽相同。Cd和Pb在匍匐茎中积累量最高,当土壤外施Cd浓度低于0.6mg/kg、Pb浓度低于250mg/kg时,藕中的积累量较低,但当添加量超过该浓度时,藕中的积累量则急剧上升。
Heavy metals such as Cd and Pb can cause serious contamination of lotus. In this research,the concentration of Cd and Pb in different organs of lotus (Elian NO.5) after supplied different concentration of Cd and Pb to the soil were studied. The results showed that the concentrations of Cd and Pb in all tested organs were increased when more Cd and Pb were added to the soil,but the accumulative law of these organs were different. Creeping stem can accumulate more Cd and Pb than other organs. The lotus root can accumulate less heavy metal when the supplied Cd and Pb to the soil were lower than 0.6 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg,respectively. Accumulation was increased rapidly when the supplied Cd and Pb to the soil were beyond these concentrations.
