摘要
提出一种新的塑料注射成形过程在线检测方法,利用超声波在异质界面的反射与透射行为以及对温度和压强的响应特性,研究注射成形过程中无定形塑料聚苯乙烯(GPPS)和结晶型塑料聚丙烯(PP)的超声衰减行为,探讨工艺参数(模具温度和保压压力)对无定形塑料超声衰减行为的影响规律.实验结果表明:超声衰减信号能准确反映出塑料熔体的注射、冷却、收缩以及结晶过程信息,可用于注射成形过程的在线检测.
A new method for on-line detection of plastic injection molding process woes proposed to establish a fundamental understanding between the evolution of ultrasonic attenuation and the change of polymer state. Based on the reflection and transmission behaviors at interface as well as the response for temperature and pressure,the ultrasonic behaviors of amorphous polymer GPPS and crystalline polymer polypropylene during polymer processing,and the effect of process parameters,including mold temperature and packing pressure,on the ultrasonic behaviors of amorphous polymer were studied. Experiment results show that the ultrasonic attenuation not only can provide the information on filling,solidification and detachment during the injection molding process but also can reflect the evolution of crystal morphology. The ultrasonic technology is a potential measurement for characterization of polymer state on-line during processing.
