摘要
采用丝素整理剂和柠檬酸复配对真丝绸进行防皱整理,研究了丝素水解工艺,丝素、柠檬酸用量以及焙烘温度和时间等因素对整理效果的影响。结果表明:复配比单一整理剂的整理效果好,丝素和柠檬酸有较好的协同效应,两者复配可改善真丝绸织物的抗皱性,且白度、强力保留率和耐洗性等均可达到满意效果。
DP finish was carried out on silk fabric with compound agent of fibroin and citric acid. Influences of fibroin hydrolytic process, dosages of fibroin and citric acid, curing temperature and time on finishing results were discussed. It was found that compound agent of fibroin and citric acid had better finishing results than individual agent because of synergistic effect, and fin- ished silk fabric with compound agent featured improved crease resistance, satisfactory whiteness, strength retention and washing fastness.
