生物酶ES在棉与涤棉织物前处理中的应用

以生物酶ES替代烧碱,对棉、涤棉织物进行退浆-煮练-漂白前处理,工艺流程简化。其处理效果与传统工艺相比,毛效相当,白度略有提高。此外,生物酶处理工艺实现了清洁生产和节能减排,并可降低成本。

Desizing, scouring and bleaching were carried out on cotton and cotton/polyester fabrics with enzyme ES instead of sodium hydroxide. Compared with conventional process, pretreatment with enzyme had the similar capillary effect and better whiteness. In addition, the enzyme process could realize clean production and energy saving, as well as production cost reduction.
