车用内饰纺织品的开发除了需具备高耐日晒牢度外,亦更加注重纺织品的功能性和舒适性,特别是在阻燃、防水、抗静电、抗菌、防臭、防螨、防尘等实用功能及安全环保性方面的需求。介绍了涤纶车用纺织品抗紫外整理、阻燃抗菌防臭整理、阻燃三防整理、阻燃抗静电整理、微胶囊调温整理,以及防污拒水硬挺整理的生产要点及产品性能评价。
In the development of automotive textiles, functional aspects are playing an increasingly important role, such as anti- bacterial, anti-static, UV protective, fire proofing, anti dust, water resistance, or environmental friendly functions. This paper details key procedures of multifunctional finish of PET textiles for automotives, such as UV protection finish, the combinations of fire proofing with anti bacteria and anti odor finish, fire proofing with oil- and water- and soil- resistance, fire proofing with anti static finish, soil resistance with water resistance and stiffening finish, as well as microencapsulation technology with temperature regulation.
