摘要
从仿生学和生物进化的视角重新审视知识转移,基于知识发酵理论,剖析了知识转移的内在机理,在吸收前人研究成果的基础上,提出了知识转移发酵模型,重点分析了知识转移发酵过程,并就如何促进知识转移提出了建议。
This paper has studied the knowledge transfer from the view of bionics and bio-evolution.Based on knowledge fermenting ,it analyzed the internal mechanism of knowledge transfer , put forward the knowledge transfer model, studied the process of knowledge transfer fermenting, and gave some advice in order to advance knowledge transfer.
