基底节内囊区首次梗死后的注意力与执行功能 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基底节内囊区梗死后注意力与执行功能的损害特征。方法选取基底节内囊区梗死患者48例(其中左侧基底节内囊区梗死患者26例,右侧22例),正常对照者42例,所有对象均行数字删除测试、数字广度(digit span,DS)(倒背)、符号数字测试,迷宫测试和词语流畅性测试(rapid verbal retrieve,RVR)等注意力与执行功能评估。结果数字删除测试、DS倒背、迷宫测试和RVR(动物、蔬菜和水果)在病例组和正常对照组间差异均有显著性,而符号数字测试在两组间差异无显著性;除RVR(动物、蔬菜和水果)外,其余注意力与执行功能检测在左、右基底节内囊区梗死两组间差异无显著性。结论基底节内囊区梗死后患者的注意力、工作记忆和决策能力等认知功能受损,且左、右两侧不存在功能偏侧优势现象;精神灵活性亦有损害,但左、右两侧可见功能偏侧优势现象;信息处理速度未见明显损害。
