摘要 结合铝型材挤压特点,将KBE系统引入型材挤压分流模设计中,在基于知识工程的铝型材挤压分流模智能设计系统框架内,将铝型材挤压分流模设计知识通过UG系统用户界面实现同分流模几何特征构建的搭接。系统是以UG NX为CAD/CAE开发平台,以VC++、UG/API、UG/GRIP等为编程开发语言环境,以工程实际经验及专家知识为分流模设计指导,并综合运用UG多种二次开发手段开发各个功能模块,包含零件管理信息、材料分析、截面特征、挤压工艺参数确定、模具结构设计、模具强度校核以及模具其他尺寸设计。系统的开发是KBE与CAX系统融合的一次有益尝试,对于挤压分流模KBE及计算机辅助设计具有积极的推广作用。 KBE system was introduced in designing extrusion porthole dies for aluminium profile according to the extrusion characteristic of aluminium profile. A design sYstem of extrusion porthole dies for aluminium profile that embeds engineering experiences based on UG software was developed. The KBE system based on UG NX was developed by VC + +, UG/API or UG/GRIP, with practical engineering experiences and expert knowledge as design guidance. In the KBE system, many function modules were built such as parts management information, material analysis, section properties analysis, determination of extrusion process parameters, and structure design, strength check and other geometry dimension design of the extrusion porthole dies. This system is a combination of KBE and CAX and is quite useful for the CAD-based design of extrusion porthole dies for aluminium profile.
