新疆石油天然气产业竞争力的动态评价——基于Markov链分析法

Dynamic Evaluation of Oil and Gas Industrial Competitiveness in Xinjiang——Based on Markov Chain Analysis

应用波特的钻石理论,对影响新疆石油天然气产业竞争力的四个主要要素进行现状评析,进而应用Markov链分析法动态评价新疆的石油天然气产业的竞争力,结果显示其近年的竞争力增长强劲,但仍存在科技投入不足和关联产业支撑不够等问题。

The paper discusses the competitiveness problem of oil and gas industry in Xinjiang.Firstly by the application of Porter＇s ＂diamond theory＂,four main factors which affect the competitiveness are evaluated currently;and then by the method of Markov Chain Analysis the competitiveness of oil and gas industry in Xinjiang is evaluated dynamically.The conclusion shows that the competitiveness improved very fast in recent years in Xinjiang,but there still have some problems such as the inadequate of technical input and the poor support from the relating industries.
