摘要
目的:探讨川芎茶调散加味治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将血管性头痛患者80例随机分为2组,对照组38例口服氟桂利嗪5mg,每晚1次;治疗组42例予川芎茶调散加味治疗,1剂/d,水煎,分早晚2次服用。2组均以服用20天为1个疗程;观察治疗前后脑血流变化。结果:治疗组总有效率90.47%,对照组为73.69%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后脑血流速度较对照组有明显改善。结论:川芎茶调散加味治疗血管性头痛可明显改善头痛症状,调整颅内血管弹性及平衡血流供应。
Objective：To observe clinical effects of modified ChuanXiong ChaTiaoSan（CXCTS） for vascular headache in the treatment of 42 patients.Methods：80 patients with vascular headache were randomly divided into control group which received flunarizine 5 mg every night and treatment group which received CXCTS water simmer in water,one day,morning and evening 2 pm twice a day.After a course of 20 days,the changes of cerebral blood flow were observed before and after treatment in the groups.Results：The total effective rate was 90.47% in control group and was 73.69% in treatment group,there was statistically significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,cerebral blood flow in the treatment group improved significantly before and after.Conclusion：Modified CXCTS can improve headache symptoms and adjust the balance of intracranial blood vessel elasticity and blood supply for patient with vascular headache.
