清热固经汤对青春期无排卵型功血患者促排卵作用的临床观察

A Clinical Observation of the Effect of QingRe GuJingTang on Promoting Ovulation of Adolescent Patients Diagnosed with Anovulatory Functional Bleeding

目的:观察清热固经汤对青春期无排卵型功血患者促排卵作用。方法:将182例患者随机分成2组,中医治疗组以自拟清热固经汤治疗,西医对照组采用雌激素人工周期疗法治疗,监测卵泡发育与排卵情况。结果:清热固经汤对青春期女性有恢复月经和排卵作用,与对照组疗效相当。结论:清热固经汤可在调整月经周期的同时促进卵泡的发育。

Objective：To investigate the effect that have on promoting ovulation of adolescent patients diagnosed with anovulatory functional bleeding.Methods：The 182 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment of group fixed by self heat soup,western medicine group and the artificial cycle with estrogen therapy,the follicular development and ovulation were also observed.Results：QingRe GuJingTang were effective in restoring menstrual cycle for female adolescents and can promote ovulation.Conclusion：QingRe GuJingTang can promote follicular development while regulating menstrual cycles and cancure the disease from both the superficiality and origin.
