活血化瘀法可用于治疗经、孕、产、乳等期的妇科疾病,在临床实践中应四诊结合,衷中参西,应根据标本缓急,灵活用药,攻补兼施,切勿攻伐太过,以免损伤正气。

Activating blood and dissolving stasis can be applied to treat some gynecological diseases,such as menstruation diseases,pregnancy diseases,puerperalism,mastopathy,and so on.These diseases should be treated by combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and combined use of the four diagnostic methods in clinical practice.According to disease severity,activating blood and dissolving stasis is flexibly applied,with tonification and purgation in combination,not to attack the too and not to impair healthy Qi.
