Synthesis and characterization of a sodium complex crystal with three-dimensional network structures

以2-甲酰基苯磺酸钠和氨基硫脲为原料,合成了一个新的带磺酸基团的配体,并得到了其钠的配合物,用元素分析、红外光谱对其进行了表征,同时用X-射线单晶衍射方法对其进行了晶体结构解析。该配合物为单斜晶系,晶胞为P2(1)/c,晶胞参数:a=0.740 65(5)nm,b=0.873 59(6)nm,c=2.521 00(18)nm,β=98.292 0(10)°,V=1.614 10(19)nm3,Z=4,Mr=388.80,Dc=1.600 g/cm3,T=273(2)K,F(000)=804,μ(MoKa)=0.055 7 cm-1,R=0.054 5,wR=0.158 8,配合物分子通过氢键和π-π堆积作用形成三维网状结构。

A novel ligand containing sulfonic acid radicals has been synthesized using sodium 2-formylbenzenesulfonate and 3-thiosemicarbazide as starting materials,and a sodium complex was synthesized.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy.The crystal structure of the sodium complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometry.The results showed that the compound was monoclinic,with P2（1）/c,a=0.740 65（5） nm,b=0.873 59（6） nm,c=2.521 00（18） nm,β=98.292 0（10）°,V=1.614 10（19） nm^3,Z=4,Mr=388.80,Dc=1.600 g/cm^3,T=273（2） K,F（000）=804,μ（MoKa）=0.055 7 cm^-1,R=0.054 5,and wR=0.158 8.The complex formed three-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking.
