摘要
采用4%乙酸浸泡玻璃器皿中的砷,以镍离子作基体改进剂,用氘灯扣除背景,用4%乙酸作试液和空白介质,直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定乙酸萃取液中的砷含量。线性范围:0-20μg/L;相关系数:0.999 3;方法检出限:0.358 7μg/L;方法回收率:94%-104%。
Arsenic ions were released from sample glass hollowware in 4% HAc solution.The amount of arsenic ions released from the hollowware was determined by GFAAS(graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry) with nickel ions added as the matrix modifier and deuterium lamp used as the background correction.The matching method was adopted in preparation of calibration curves and blank solution to compensate the error arising from the presence of HAc.The program of temperature elevation,especially the temperature for calcination and atomization,was tested and optimized.The results showed that the linear relationship between the absorbance and mass concentration of arsenic was in the range of 0~20 μg/L,with LOP equating to 0.358 7 μg/L and recoveries ranging from 94% to 104%,which can meet the test requirements for determination of arsenic released from glass hollowware.
