摘要
研究出了一种适合对羟基苯甲醛和2,4-二羟基苯乙酮在碱性条件下合成异甘草素的薄层色谱分析体系。该体系的显色剂为铁氰化钾-三氯化铁试剂;展开剂为乙酸乙酯-苯,体积比V(乙酸乙酯)∶V(苯)=1∶2。展开后2,4-二羟基苯乙酮、对羟基苯甲醛和异甘草素的Rf值分别为0.67、0.58和0.38,3种化合物能有效地被分离。
An analytical system of thin-layer chromatography was developed for the synthesis of isoliquiritigenin from p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone in an alkaline medium.In this system,FeCl3-K3Fe(CN)6 was used as the visualizing reagent.The developing solvent was an ethyl acetate/benzene mixture with a ratio of V(ethyl acetate)∶V(benzene)=1∶2.After development,the Rf values of 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,and isoliquiritigenin were 0.67,0.58,and 0.38,respectively.The three compounds could be effectively separated.
