常规心电图——立体心电图应用研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 心电图以其简明、方便、经济实用的优势经百年应用发展久盛不衰并不断发展;心电向量理论是心电图产生的基础,已用于心电图教学,对心肌梗死和室内阻滞、心室肥厚的诊断优于心电图;立体心电图是将心电图、时间、变向时间、连续向量图和三维空间向量环三为一体的心电检测技术。现简述心电图发展、向量图临床应用及立体心电图研究现状。 The ECG is one of the most common diagnostic tools for heart disease because of its simplicity and convenience.This article reviews the development of the ECG,the clinical application of the vectorcardiogram,and current research in three-dimensional electrocardiogram.
