摘要
钻井液的流变特性常用宾汉塑性模式、幂律模式、卡森模式和赫谢尔-巴尔克莱模式来描述,不同的流变模式所诠释的流变性能不尽相同,其流变参数也不一样。通过实验测得聚合物海水钻井液和聚磺淡水钻井液在不同密度时的4种流变模式的流变参数值,对4种流变模式流变参数值进行分析对比,结果表明,塑性黏度、屈服值、幂律流性指数、卡森屈服值、极限剪切黏度和赫-巴屈服值均有较明确的物理意义;黏度参数之间、屈服值之间有一定对应关系;幂律流性指数与动塑比有密切的相关性。研究钻井液流变参数相关性,对于明确不同流变模式的流变参数的意义、流变参数间的关联以及在钻井液设计中确定流变参数值的范围具有非常重要意义。
The rheological properties of drilling fluid were com-monly described by using Bingham Model,Power Low Model,Cas-son Model and Herschel--Bulkley Model,but the rheological properties and rheological parameters were different due to using dif-ferent rheological model. At different densities,the rheological pa-rameters of polymer sea water drilling fluid and polysulfona fresh wa-ter drilling fluid were got through the experiment in four models,then analyzing and comparing the rheological parameters in each model,results showed that:Plastic viscosity,yield value,and power-law flow index,Casson yield value,the limit shear viscosity,and Her-schel-Bulkely yield values also have clear physical meaning,there is a certain correlation between the viscosity parameters and between the yield Value,and power-law index and the dynamic plastic flow have closely correlation.
