摘要
塔里木油田的塔北山前构造已经探明蕴含丰富的天然气资源,但山前构造的钻井有极大的难度,上部砂砾岩研磨性极强、地层倾角大、可钻性差。塔里木油田在大北、柯东地区实践了空气钻井,文章以两口井的实际工况为例;结合现场出现的井壁稳定、地层出水、防斜纠斜、设备配套等问题,总结经验并提出了改进建议,为今后提高该地区砾石层钻井速度,推广空气钻井在该地区的运用具有实质性的指导意义。
The rich natural gas resource has been found in thepiedmont structure of Tarim Oilfield,but drilling is very difficult in this structure because it has strong abrasive property in glutenite,large stratigraphic dip,and poor drillability. In order to resolve prob-lems above,the air drilling technology was applied in Dabei and Ke-dong area of Tarim Oilfield. Based on the field existing problems,such as sidewall instability,formation water output,deviation control and so on,some experience and suggestions were summarized. It 'a useful to improve rate-of-penetration and popularize air drilling technique in Tarim Oilfield.
