Detection Technique for Singlet Oxygen Luminescence with Multichannel Scaler

摘要 在分析现有光子计数技术的基础上,提出了基于多通道光子计数的单态氧(1O2)发光检测技术.利用光电倍增管H10330-45和多通道计数器MSA-300,成功开发了用于检测1O2发光的系统.实验测量了3种卟啉类光敏剂喜泊分、血啉甲醚和癌光啉在二甲基甲酰胺中的1O2发光时间分辨光谱,并得到了它们的1O2寿命分别为:11.31±0.06,10.88±0.06,11.65±0.07μs.结果表明多通道计数器可应用于检测1O2近红外发光. Based on the analysis of the existing photon counting techniques, multlscaler technique was proposed for singlet oxygen (^1O2) luminescence measurement. Moreover, a new detection system was developed for the direct measurement of ^1O2 luminescence, which consists of a photomultiplier tube module H10330-45 and a multichannel scaler MSA-300. The time-resolved ^1O2 luminescence spectra at 1 270 nm for Hiporfin, HMME and PsD-007 in air-saturated dimethylformamide were measured, and the ^1O2 lifetimes were determined to be about 11.31±0.06, 10.88±0.06 and 11.65-±0. 07 us, respectively. The obtained results indicated that the photon counting technique with multichannel scaler is suitable for the ^1O2 luminescence detection.
