摘要
以钠基蒙脱石为原料,采用共聚法制备Si/Al柱化剂并合成Si/Al基柱撑蒙脱石。本实验研究了不同Si/Al摩尔比例和不同水浴温度条件下,对柱撑蒙脱石的影响。XRD结果表明,当Si/Al摩尔比例为1∶1,水浴温度为60℃,加入100mL0.4mol/LNaOH时可得到(001)面网间距达2.0701nm的Si/Al基柱撑蒙脱石。通过不同温度焙烧后蒙脱石的FI-IR分析,发现Si/Al聚合阳离子交换蒙脱石矿物层间域的阳离子后,改变了蒙脱石硅氧四面体中顶氧和底氧伸缩振动的强度,Si/Al二元聚合阳离子替代了一部分Al13聚体而与底氧发生了化学键合,形成了稳定的[Si-O]…[H(O)-Al(Si)]氢键,从理论上解释了Si/Al基柱撑蒙脱石热稳定性较高的原因。
Na-Montmorillonites was used as starting materials to obtain Si/Al-pillared montmorillonite.This work described the effect of Si/ Al molar ratio and the different temperature on Si/Al pillared montmorillonite.The data of XRD showed that the (001) basal spacing of Si/Almontmorillonite could reach 2.0701 nm when Si/Al-montmorillonite was synthesized under the condition of 1∶1 Si/Al molar ratio,60℃ and 100 mL 0.4 mol/L NaOH.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the exchanging of Si/Al binary polycations for interlayer cations of montmorillonite affected the stretching vibration of Si-O tetrahedron in montmorillonite.The stable [Si-O]…[H(O)-Al(Si)] hydrogen bond was formed between Si/Al binary polycations and [SiO4] tetrahedrons of montmorillonite.It explained theoretically the reason of high thermal stability for Si/Al pillared montmorillonite.
