摘要
不同产地的高岭土因其形成条件不同,高岭土晶体的形态、结晶程度和有序度也有很大的差异。产地不同、有序度不同、结晶形态各异的高岭土的各种工业指标是不同的。从山西浑源、山西河曲、山西朔州和湖北宜都选取了4种不同产地的高岭土,采用XRD、SEM、化学全分析以及IR光谱分析、热分析等测试手段对不同产地高岭土的矿物成分和结晶度进行分析计算,对解决煤系高岭土深加工和应用过程中所遇到的与之有关的问题有重要的意义。
As a result of different formation condition,the crystal form,crystallinity and order degree of kaolin from different places are different.Industrial index of kaolin in different places are various because of different order degree and crystal form.Using XRD,SEM,IR spectrum,chemical analysis and TG,this paper analyzed the crystallinity and composition of four coal-series kaolin samples,which were collected from HunYuan,Hequ,Shuozhou,Shanxi Province and Yidu Hubei Province.It is important to solve corresponding problems in the deep processing and utilization of coalseries kaolin.
