甘肃凹凸棒石黏土合成A型分子筛的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以除铁增白后的甘肃凹凸棒石黏土为起始原料,使用水热合成方法,在372K条件下制备了A型分子筛。重点对白色凹凸棒石黏土与不同浓度的NaOH溶液、相同NaOH浓度不同固液比对晶化产物的影响进行了研究。对合成的分子筛进行了FTIR、XRD及SEM的分析与表征,表明合成的晶体是4A分子筛和方钠石分子筛。 Zeolite A was synthesized from bleaching attapulgite with addition of sodium aluminate at 372K experimentally.Treatment with NaOH solutions of different concentrations and the effect of solid/liquid ratio on the performance of end products were investigated emphatically.The end products have been characterized by using FTIR,X-ray diffraction methods and SEM,Zeolite 4A and Na6[AlSiO4]6·4H2O were synthesized.
