摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合法,以膨润土、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,司班80作为分散剂,环己烷为分散介质,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,进行合成高吸水树脂的工艺研究;通过单因素和正交实验研究了反应单体浓度、交联剂、引发剂以及膨润土的添加量对高吸水树脂吸水性能的影响。结果表明,AA和AM单体的摩尔比为1∶2.0,引发剂0.9%,交联剂0.04%,膨润土添加量为10%,反应温度控制在65℃~75℃之间,反应时间为4~5h的合成条件为最佳,树脂吸蒸馏水达到595g/g,吸盐水达71g/g。
Using inverse suspension polymerization with bentonite,acrylic acid (AA) and acrylic amide (AM) as the main material,span80 as dispersant,cyclohexane as the continuous phase,ammonium persulfate as initiator and N,N-methylene diac-rylamide as cross linking agent,the super absorbent resin was synthesized.The effects of the ration of AA and AM,the amount of initiator cross-linker and the amount of bentonite on the absorption properties of super absorbent resin were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The experimental results showed that n (AA)∶ n (AM) = 1∶2.0,the initiator dosage and the cross linker dosage was 0.9 % and 0.04 %,the amount of bentonite was 10 % (wt),respectively under the conditions of reaction temperature was 65℃~75℃,reaction time was 4~5 h,these conditions were the best.The distilled water and saline water absorption capacity of the high super absorption resin obtained under these optimal conditions were 595 g/g and 71 g/g,respectively.
